Caiphus is a Trinidadian American artist who currently resides in Trinidad and Tobago. His work can be seen at restaurants in the Bay Area to galleries in Miami, Florida. In addition to painting, he has spent over 20 years creating 3D artwork for the video game industry. Caiphus has worked for major companies such as THQ, Konami and Electronic Arts (EA). He is currently a Senior Lecturer at The University of Trinidad and Tobago and the department lead for the Game Art Specialization.
In addition, he is very passionate about giving back to his community and he regularly volunteers his time mentoring young artists in America and the Caribbean. He has done workshops and lectures in the United States, Guyana, Suriname, Trinidad and Jamaica. His current passion is to merge his love of visual art, video games and Artificial Intelligence.
